Right of withdrawal

Conditions for returns
Products must be returned in their original condition. Some products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal under the law (for example, personalised products).
Refunds
Once we have received and checked the return, we will process the refund through the same payment method you used, within the timeframes set by the payment gateway and the legislation in force.
