How it works

More than 30 years ago Dr. Santiago Rojas brought flower therapy to Colombia. Here you prepare a blend designed to support your emotional wellbeing, in four steps.

  1. 1

    Explore the groups

The seven emotional groups and their flowers.

  2. 2

    Recognize yourself

Mark the emotions you identify with today.

  3. 3

    Choose your flowers

Combine the ones that resonate. Up to 5, ideally 3.

  4. 4

    Create your blend

To the cart, or with personalized guidance.

Three of five, the ideal blend

You can combine any flowers you like. We recommend up to five and, ideally, three: a short selection focuses a single emotional theme and keeps the blend's message clear.

The Dr. Bach method

Seven groups, thirty-eight flowers

Look at the emotion, not the situation

Edward Bach, a British physician, organized 38 flower essences into seven emotional groups. Each flower is linked to a state of mind and to the quality it helps support.

The approach doesn't seek to suppress what you feel: it supports you in moving through it with more balance. That's why the first step is to look at the emotion — two people live the same moment in different ways, and each one chooses according to how they feel.
