COURSE, RETREAT AND WORKSHOP POLICY
This policy applies to every user who has paid for Courses, Retreats or events organised by Siu Tutuava S.A.S and DHARANA S.A.S.
Because places are limited, once payment has been made no refunds will be issued without prior authorisation from Siu Tutuava, and only after the reasons behind the request have been reviewed.
REFUND PROCEDURE
- Refund request for the event: The interested party must submit a written request to comunicaciones@siu-tutuava.com, stating their full name, identity document, email address and mobile number; the reason for the refund, and attaching all the documentation needed to support the request. Wherever possible, the refund request must be made at least seven (7) days before the date of the event. A request submitted after that date must be accompanied by a justified force majeure explanation and will not be eligible for a cash refund.
- Assessment of the request: The request will be assessed and checked against the requirements established for refunds. Additional information may be requested from the interested party if necessary.
- Approval or rejection: Once the request has been assessed, the user will be told whether the refund has been approved or rejected within a maximum of thirty (30) calendar days, at the email address given in the request. If it is approved, the refund will be processed within a maximum of fifteen (15) calendar days.
- Form of refund: If approved, the amount paid will not be refunded in cash. Instead, the user will be credited with a balance in their favour, which may be used to purchase flower essences, related products or services from the Medical Centre and Siu-Tutuava.
In the case of Retreats, once payment has been made no changes to the accommodation assigned will be allowed.
This refund policy may be amended or updated at any time at our institution's discretion, and any such changes will be communicated to our users through the usual communication channels.
COURSES AND WORKSHOPS BY PRODIMÉDICA NATURAL BIOENERGÉTICA SIU TUTUAVA S.A.S AND DHARANA S.A.S
Payment terms for credit or instalment plans on courses by PRODIMÉDICA NATURAL BIOENERGÉTICA SIU TUTUAVA S.A.S AND DHARANA S.A.S
When purchasing any of the courses offered by PRODIMÉDICA NATURAL BIOENERGÉTICA SIU TUTUAVA S.A.S AND DHARANA S.A.S under a credit or instalment plan, no interest or late-payment charges will be applied. However, by accepting this payment option the customer acknowledges and automatically accepts that a payment commitment and/or payment agreement is established in accordance with the legislation in force.
Should that agreement not be honoured, we reserve the right of admission to the modules, workshops, courses and/or similar activities until the outstanding obligation is settled, in accordance with the following legal provisions:
- Article 560 of Law 1564 of 2012 (Colombian General Code of Procedure): «If the debtor fails to meet the obligations agreed in the payment arrangement, any of the creditors or the debtor themselves shall inform the conciliator of that situation in writing, giving a precise account of the facts constituting the breach.»
- Article 1326 of the Colombian Commercial Code: Establishes that the parties must comply with the payment terms agreed in a contract, ensuring that the obligations undertaken are respected.
- Article 4 of Law 1480 of 2011 (Colombian Consumer Statute): Sets out the consumer's right to receive clear, truthful and sufficient information about the goods and services purchased, including their financing terms.
- Law 1916 of 2018: Reaffirms consumers' right to receive detailed information about payment terms and deadlines, guaranteeing transparency in commercial relationships.
- By accepting a purchase under this arrangement, the customer undertakes to meet the payments agreed, acknowledging that failure to do so may result in restrictions on access to the services contracted, in accordance with the legislation in force.
Discounts on course purchases
Any discount on the purchase of courses is at the sole discretion of PRODIMÉDICA NATURAL BIOENERGÉTICA SIU TUTUAVA S.A.S AND DHARANA S.A.S. This means that PRODIMÉDICA NATURAL BIOENERGÉTICA SIU TUTUAVA S.A.S AND DHARANA S.A.S reserves the right to grant it or not, and doing so constitutes no obligation.
DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
Siu Tutuava accepts no liability for injury, loss, damage or expenses incurred during the retreat, except in cases of negligence on the part of the organisation.
By accepting, you give your express, free and voluntary authorisation for PRODIMÉDICA NATURAL BIOENERGÉTICA SIU TUTUAVA S.A.S to contact you through the channels you authorise in order to send you notifications for advertising and promotional purposes within the hours established by Law 2300 of 2023, that is, Monday to Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
