If you provide information to the SITE, you agree to provide accurate, up-to-date and complete information about yourself wherever it is requested, and you agree to maintain and update that information appropriately. We will use and keep the information we collect from you through the SITE in order to keep the company's customer database up to date and to provide information of interest about our products through the channels you have authorised.
By accepting, you give your express, free and voluntary authorisation for PROMÉDICA NATURAL BIOENERGÉTICA SIU TUTUAVA S.A.S to contact you through the following channels: telephone, WhatsApp and email, in order to send you notifications for advertising and promotional purposes within the hours established by Law 2300 of 2023, that is, Monday to Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Cookies and advertising tools. Only if you accept it in the cookie notice (“Accept all”) does the SITE load third-party measurement and advertising tools, such as the Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram). These tools receive browsing data —the pages and products you visit, your IP address and a browser identifier— and process it on servers of Meta Platforms, Inc. and its affiliates, outside Colombia, under their own policies. Because some of the SITE’s products and content relate to emotional well-being and health, that browsing data could reveal sensitive information within the meaning of Article 5 of Law 1581 of 2012; your authorisation is therefore optional: you are not required to give it, and declining does not prevent you from buying or using your account. You can withdraw it at any time from “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Details are in the Cookie Policy.
