Before using any oil for the first time, apply a diluted drop on the inner forearm and wait 24 hours to rule out a reaction.
Except in very specific cases, essential oils must always be diluted in a carrier oil (coconut, almond, jojoba) before applying them to the skin.
Do not ingest essential oils unless under the direct supervision of a professional certified in clinical aromatherapy.
Keep them away from the eyes, inner ears and mucous membranes. In case of accidental contact, do not use water: use a vegetable oil to dilute and remove it.
Check with your doctor before using them if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
