Prodimedica Natural Bioenergética Siu Tutuava IPS. SA informs all its customers that, with the declaration of the Covid-19 emergency, as an IPS (Health Provider Institution) we have strengthened our health measures and those of our staff in every area, acting quickly to align with the Colombian National Government's decisions to contain the spread of the virus.
We are therefore guaranteeing the safety of our customers, users, and employees, who are our priority, in line with the guidelines set by the World Health Organization (WHO), the Presidency of the Republic, and other Colombian authorities.
How are we protecting ourselves?
Among the measures adopted by Prodimedica Natural Bioenergética Siu Tutuava, we have strengthened cleaning in our production area, pharmacies, and medical center as follows:
Medical center:
Our general services staff has stepped up cleaning of door handles, doors, desks, common areas, consultation rooms, electronic equipment, and bathrooms, following all the disinfection procedure recommendations issued by health authorities.
Siu Pharmacies
Each of our pharmacies and our staff has been duly informed of the safety protocols they must follow for their protection and that of our users, providing products that have been properly disinfected and sanitized for use.
Online offerings and home delivery

Our delivery staff already has the necessary safety measures in place, both the staff who manage orders and our courier, who has been equipped with supplies that allow them to clean card readers and other items that protect their health and wellbeing.
We know that circumstances change with each passing day, and we have a team of staff who will be working every day, looking for solutions for the distribution of our products and the provision of our services. However, we remain subject to abide by any measures set by the Presidency of the Republic and the Ministry of Health and Social Protection, in order to protect the safety of our employees and users.
Nevertheless, like other companies, we continue to encourage everyone toward prevention and self-care through handwashing and mask-wearing, while staying calm and steady to keep supporting the needs of the Siu Family.
